At Mirror Image, we pride ourselves on not just the quality and craftsmanship of our fitted furniture, but also our professional service when we are installing it. Ensuring that everything goes smoothly on the day of your fitted furniture installation is one of our secrets to happy customers! If you're not sure what to expect, then don't worry: we carry out each installation efficiently and with minimum inconvenience to you.
What to expect before your fitted furniture installation
We'll arrange to come at a time that suits you, and send you a letter in advance about how to prepare for your fitted furniture installation. You'll have time to make sure we have clear access to your room, remove any breakable objects, and remove or roll back the carpet in the area your furniture is being installed. On the day of the installation, our team will arrive promptly at the agreed time, polite and ready for the work.
What to expect from our team
We never send sub-contractors. Everyone who comes to your property will be a Mirror Image employee, and will arrive in a company vehicle wearing our uniform. It's important to us that our staff are well-trained, professional and courteous at all times. Our team will keep things clean and tidy while they work, and leave your house in the same state it was in when they arrived.
What to expect from your fitted furniture installation
It will normally only take a day to carry out your installation, although we may ask for up to three days if your design is especially large or complex. When the installation is finished, you can look over your new furniture and make sure you're completely happy with what we've done. Only when you're satisfied will we ask you to pay the outstanding balance. This will be the detailed quotation we agreed on before creating your bespoke furniture - there are no hidden charges.
To find out more about our installation process, don't hesitate to get in touch. Our team will be happy to answer your questions on the phone or in store at our Norwich and Cambridge showrooms.
