Our team won't pressure you into making a decision. Instead they will guide you through the almost endless design options that are available, helping you to find the look that will perfectly complement the feel of your room.
If you are looking for fitted furniture for your home, our typical installation process involves:
1. Have An Initial Discussion With Our Team
We can write 100 blogs telling you how great our furniture is, but the only way to know for sure is to come into our showroom and see the quality for yourself. Through speaking with one of our team we are able to get a better picture of your exact requirements and guide you through the different styles, colours and finishes we can offer. Where possible we will provide you with a sketch of your design and look to provide a guideline quote.
2. Organise A Full Survey Of Your Room
Once you have settled upon a design for your furniture, we will arrange with you a convenient time to visit your property and carry out a full survey of your room. This will enable us to offer you a full and comprehensive quote for your furniture. With the exact measurements of your room to hand, our designer will be able to discuss with you any recommendations they have to ensure that you achieve the best possible finish.
3. Place Your Fitted Furniture Order
Upon acceptance of our quote, we ask that customers pay 50% of the total cost of the installation as a deposit. Within 7-10 days of this being received we will contact you to arrange an installation date that is convenient for you. Please be aware that, given all of our furniture is produced from scratch, our lead time will generally be between 4 and 5 weeks. However, you can be confident that once you have a received an installation date from us, that we will stick to it.
4. Sit Back As We Manufacture Your Furniture From Scratch
Once we have received your deposit, the team at our Norwich factory will get to work on producing your new furniture. All of the furniture we produce is manufactured from scratch and over the years we have developed a tried and tested process which ensures that every piece of furniture is produced to the same high standard as the last.
5. Watch As We Carry Out Your Installation
Depending on the size and complexity of your furniture, we will usually ask for between one and three days to carry out your installation. Everyone who attends your property to undertake the installation will be a Mirror Image member of staff and we will never send a sub-contractor. Each will arrive a company sign written vehicle, be wearing a company uniform and will be polite, bright and professional at all times.
6. Enjoy Your New Mirror Image Furniture
Once completed our team will undertake a thorough clean-up of your room to leave it in the same state as when we arrived. Then, only once you have looked over your new furniture and are happy with the work, we will guide you through the sign off process. We ask at this point that the outstanding balance is settled and we will be on our way and leave you to enjoy your new furniture!
